Grilled 12 oz. heirloom pork chop rubbed with our cajun spice blend.  Served with house made pear chutney, potatoes croquettes and the vegetable of the day.  $30

Garbanzo and brown rice cakes layered with skhug, artichoke bottoms, and roasted red peppers.  Served on a bed of spinach with pita.  $14

BAKED TILAPIA  and SHRIMP

Farm raised 6 oz. Tilapia filet and 3 large Tiger shrimp baked in extra virgin olive oil and lemon.  Served with artichoke caponata, chevre polenta, and the vegetable of the day.  $20

FILET MIGNON

Grilled 8oz. Filet Mignon with Michi’s port wine mustard sauce.  Served with duchess potatoes and the vegetable of the day.  $28

SZEGEDINER GOULASH

Boneless pork country ribs, sauerkraut, apples, and onions braised in a paprika cream sauce.  Served with mashed potatoes.  $16

AUGUSTA’S STUFFED CHICKEN  BREAST

All natural 8oz.  boneless-skinless chicken breast stuffed with seasoned bread crumbs, parmesan, and roasted red peppers.  Served with Alfredo wine sauce, five grain pilaf and the vegetable of the day.  $17

WILD MUSHROOM CANNELLONI

Cannelloni stuffed with Porcini, Callampa, Oyster, Shitake, and Button mushrooms blended with assorted cheeses & spinach, topped with Alfredo sauce.  Served with baguette and the vegetable of the day.  $17

KASSLER RIPCHEN

Cold smoked bone-in pork chop with a mirepoix accented cream sauce.  Served with mashed potatoes and the vegetable of the day.  $17

WILD SOCKEYE SALMON

6oz. wild salmon filet rubbed with our dill and fennel spice blend, grilled and topped with avocado butter.  Served with five grain pilaf and the vegetable of the day.   $22
